Our History
MOMM is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit charitable organization that provides support to at risk children who have lost a parent to violence or suicide. The President of MOMM lost her mother to murder at the age of 15 years old and her father to suicide at the age of 7 years old. She struggled through the early years of her life without the unconditional love and support of her parents, along with not having a lot of necessary and material items. In 2018, it was decided to take action and donate toiletries, clothing, food and toys to those in need. Previously, the President and a handful of family members paid for these items at their own expense. M.O.M.M. is attempting to grow and provide more support for even more children who are in deep need! With your donations and sponsorships, we will be able to achieve our mission!
Our Mission
Born from a daughter's loss, Memories of Murdered Mothers exists to provide essential resources, love and comfort to at risk children who have lost a parent to violence or suicide. Through care packages and community support, we help children in Delaware County and Northern Delaware find stability and care in times of deep need.
